ZGP harrow vacuum drier is improved and produced by our company on the basis of the demostic harrow vacuum drier technology. The main improvement of the drier is strenthening the parts materials according to the various plasm,grease, granule, powder, fibre process material. Such as, the transmission part is adopted the column gear decelerator which works steadily and wears well, the active shaft is adopted the overstriking stainless steel solid shaft, the horrow teeth are adopted the high strengh foundry stainless steel. By these measures, it can ensure the horrow vacuum drier work steadily in various rigorous environment. And there are two or four knock sticks being set for benifiting the process materials dryness and smash. The heating media may be adopted the steam, heat-transmission oil and hot water. 

Application Scope

ZGP series harrow vacuum driers are especially suitable to dry the materials which are sensitive to heat, easy to oxygenation in the high temperature or easy to harden, and the discharge steam is required to be reclaimed in the dryness process. After the dryness finished, the materials became powder and needn't to smash again, they can be packed directly. So if the finished product is powder, to use the ZGP harrow vacuum drier is more proper. Furthermore, the inlet material water containing rate may reach 90%, and the dried material status can be plasm, grease, granule, powder or fibre etc.. Finally, its water containing rate can be reach 1%,even 0.5%. So this kind of ZGP harrow vacuum drier is used extensively in the process technics of the solid methylate natrium etc..

The Characteristics:

  • The applicability is strong, and dryness speed is quick. Because the harrow vacuum drier is designed with double casing that the heating media circulate in it, it has high discharge pressure. So almost various charatic or different status materials are proper to be dried by the ZGP vacuum drier, especially the explosive and easy to oxydate material.
  • The product quality is high. During the dryness process, the harrow teeth move constantly in positive and negative direction. So the dried materials are stirred equally.
  • The steam is consumed low.
  • The operation is simple. And the volatilizable gases are able to be reclaimed so that reducing the environment pollution.

Working Principle

The harrow vacuum drier is a kind of dryness equipment that using the character of the water containing in the material boilling point will decrease in the vacuum. This drier adopts indirect heating style to heat the water and pump the vapour out in time. In the drier inner, the harrow teeth is driven by the transmission shaft, and a definite angle is designed between the harrow teeth and shaft line, the active shaft turns in positive and negative direction to make the materials move towards the axial direction till be pushed out. By this method, the material can be drier efficiently and easy to discharge out.

 The structure characteristics:

  • The solid stainless steel shaft is different with the hollow stick-wall pipes which used in other factories. The solid shaft good performance is just able to guarantee the steady dryness process.
  • The drier body is adopted sticker steel board, the normal pressure of the double casing is 0.5MPa. And it is also designed and manufactured by the different requirements of the customer.
  • Cast stainless steel harrow teeth. Most manufactures adopt the hollow pipe welding harrow teeth which are easy to curve during the dryness process especially to add the knock sticks in the drier, so the hollow pipe welding harrow teeth have higher fault rate and always curve and break. But we design the knock sticks with hollow wall stainless steel pipes which are approximately as long as the casing length. In the drier casing, the knock sticks move freely. Normally, to add two or four knock sticks in the casing and they knock the materials constantly till the materials smash. So the dryness process is shortened and the finished products is better. The high strength and stability of the foundry stainless steel harrow teeth leads to the steadily working environment when adding the knock sticks. The advantages have been proved by the fact and practice.
  • The humanism design about the inlet and outlet parts. The inlet part adopts the quickly unloading flange so that the loading is convenient and quickly. The outlet part adopts the worm wheel closed discharge structure which leads to convenient operation and discharge, even without residual material, and packing easily.
  • The advanced shaft seal makes the lest leakage. This type seal is proved better in the technics process of the solid methylate natrium which requires highly about the seal.
