2.The speed above is only for reference, the real speed is confirmed by the driving type and the customer's requirements.
3.The optional speed for 2BE3 400/420 pumps with V-belt drive：327/349/393/446/475/498/527rpm。
4.We don't recommend to use the V-belt drive of the pumps which are larger than the 2BE3 500 series.
5.The installation dimension of the pump with gear box driving is defined after confirming the speed and the gear box supplier.
6.The capacity in the table refers the max suction speed, the real is various for the different suction pressure. Please refer to the performance curve.

	The application range and characteristics： 2BE3 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are designed and manufactured by ourselves integrating with the advanced technology abroad. They are not only saving energy, and also can work constantly for a long time. Under the rough vacuum situation, the working requirements for the liquid ring vacuum pumps is very rigorous. So the 2BE3 series products are designed for pumping various gases.They are widely used in the paper,mine,power station,chemichal and so on.
2BE3 series products can be driven with many different sets,such as the V-belt, synchro motor, and gear box etc.. In order to save space, the 2BE3 series pump can be driven by another one, at most four pumps can work simultaneously. When setting a middle wall in the casing, and the pressure tolerence between the two sides is lower than 80kPa, the two parts can work in different vacuum status respectively. Thus one pump can work well like two. Hereby the product operating flexibility is improved highly for this charateristic. 　　 The main charateristics of 2BE3 series products: The big inspection port in the two sides of the end-shield are easily to observe the tolerance, the corrosive status, and the begrime situation. the 2BE3 seris pump have the same flanges on the top and sides, it is more conveinient for connecting 2BE3 series pumps. The bearings are all adopted the imported products which initially manufactured abroad, so it can keep the precise orientation and the high stability during the pumps' operating. The impeller's material is QT400 nodular iron, and it can be also adopted steel or stainless steel for option to the customers' requirements. This can ensure the operating stability of the impeller in various rigorous situation and extend the pump's life highly. The casing are all adopted steel or stainless steel plates for extending the 2BE3 pumps' life. The shaft bushing are all adopted stainless steel for improving the pumps' life 5 times than the normal material. The V-belt pulley (when the pump is driven by the belt) is adopted the high precision taper bushing product to keep the reliability of the pump and extend its life. And it is also easy to mantle and dismantle. The unique design of setting the separator above the pump saves the space and decrease the noise efficiently. All the spare parts are cast by the resin sands that makes the pumps' surface very smooth. that makes the best efficiency of heat giving out. The mechanical seals (optional) are all adopted the imported products so that ensuring there be no any leakage during the pumps' operation for a long time.
