2.The motor recommended above can work in most conditions. If the discharge pressure exceeds the scope of 0.02~0.05 Mpa(G), it is necessary to increase the motor power; And if the normal working power is close to the shaft power, it is also adopt the lower motor power for energy saving.

1.Type of the operating liquid：the water is adopted in the usual situation with standard temperature 15℃ (or its range from 0℃ to 65℃)；either at least the temperature is lower 10℃ than the boiling-point .
2.The data of the water consumed value above refers to the data in the standard condition. To the different pumps with different speed, the real value should time the ratio between the real speed and the standard speed.
3.If it is necessary to increase the operating liquid flowrate, the data in the above table should be twice.

Application scope and charateristics： 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are the products with high efficiency and economical power, which studied and manufactured by our company integrating with the advanced technology of the import products from Germany. These series products adopt single stage and single action structure and have many merits such as compact structure, convenient maintenance, reliable running, high efficiency and economical power. Comparing with the SK, 2SK, SZ series water ring vacuum pumps that using in our country at present, the 2BE series products are the ideal replacements of them for high vacuum, low power, and running reliability. All the bearings adopt the import products of brand NSK orNTN for ensuring the precious orientation and the high stability during the pumps' operating. The impeller's material is QT400 nodular iron, and it can be also adopted steel or stainless steel for option to the customers' requirements. This can ensure the operating stability of the impeller in various rigorous situation and extend the pump's life highly. The casing are all adopted steel or stainless steel plates for extending the 2BE1 pumps' life. The shaft bushing are all adopted stainless steel for improving the pumps' life 5 times than the normal material. The V-belt pulley(when the pump is drived by the belt) is adopted the high precision taper bushing product to keep the reliability of the pump and extend its life. And it is also easy to mantle and dismantle. The coupling(when the pump is drived directly)is made of high strenth material,the flexible part that connecting the two half coupling is made of polyurethane.that makes the pump more reliable. The unique design of setting the separator above the pump saves the space and decrease the noise efficiently. All the parts are cast by the resin sands that make the pumps' surface very smooth. It is not necessary to brush the surface specially, so that make the best efficiency of heat giving out. The mechnical seals (optional) are all adopted the import products so that avoiding the vacuum leaking during the pumps' operation for a long time.
